Zlahyao! My name is Phemyris Rimesong!
I’m a Frostwyrm Vtuber who mainly streams JRPGs, FFXIV, and Genshin Impact. I also draw, although I don’t usually stream it.

In my free time, I play in a D&D campaign and occasionally work on other small projects, like my modular tabletop Fire Emblem system.

NOTE: I'm female, BUT I use a male model. Please use he/they when talking about Phemyris the character. You can use any pronoun for [me] in general, though. Many thanks!

The First Dragon

Long ago, a star fell from the heavens and from it hatched the First Dragon.

The First Dragon looked upon the empty realm and shaped it into the sanctuary we know it as today - full of mountains, oceans, plants, and animals.

But even with this perfect sanctuary, the First Dragon grew lonely.

They created what would become known as the Elderwyrms and gave each dominion over a section of the realm. Then, with their power spent, the First Dragon went into a deep slumber and was placed into a shrine built in their honor.

The Queen of Ice
and the Frostwardens

No one remembers how the War of Endless Winter began. It was a fight spanning generations with neither side backing down, until Queen Estiare and her Frostwardens appeared.

She called upon the power of the Elderwyrm of Ice and laid waste to the opposing forces. It forced the other side into peace negotiations, ending the war.

Although, it didn’t come without a cost.

An uneasy peace was restored between the nations and everything appeared to calm down. For the first time in a long time, the threat of war didn’t hang over our people. Sadly, there were those who desired to break this newfound peace.

I was present when Veiveli took Queen Estiare's life. After all, Veiveli needed a scapegoat for her crime.

A bit of ice magic and some well-placed lies were all it took to turn my life upside down.
To be hunted for a crime I never committed.
To flee to the edge of the realm.

And to escape to this one.

Terms of Service

Legal

  • All art is digital-only, meaning no physical copy will be given at any point

  • Unless otherwise discussed, all art is for personal use only and cannot be re-sold or put on the blockchain as a NFT

  • I retain all the rights to my work, which include but are not limited to the right to distribute, reproduce, copy and/or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion

  • You may not remove my signature or trace my work under any circumstances. Editing my work for non-commercial purposes, like profile pictures or memes, is allowed

  • You may upload the art I have made for you onto your own social media as long as credit is provided

  • I have the right to decline or cancel a commission at any time for any reason

Process

  • If your commission is accepted, I will contact you via Twitter DMs

  • All payments are done in USD via Square. You will be sent a link with your invoice.

  • Once the initial payment has been provided, work will start on the commission

  • An initial sketch will be provided with the ability of unlimited edits until approved by the client

  • Once the sketch is approved, a maximum of 3 edits can be provided. These edits must be listed by the client of exactly what needs to be changed.

  • Work-in-progress images can be provided during the process, at the client's request

  • When the final payment has been provided, I will send a Google Drive link to a folder containing the finished product

Payment

  • For commissions $70 and lower, full payment must be done upfront

  • At least 50% of the payment must be done upfront for commissions greater than $70, unless otherwise discussed, and the remaining amount owed is to be paid within 3 days of completion

  • Once the sketch has been approved, refunds will no longer be accepted. HOWEVER, if I am unable to complete the commission and have to cancel it, a 100% refund will be given.

  • A refund will NOT be provided if you are unhappy with the commission, no longer want the commission, if the commission is taking longer than expected, etc.
